The building is very comfortable and the rooms are well-organised and new-fashioned with heating devices, balcony, for example. Offers helpful service and outstanding food.

I was there for 3 nights and ate at in-house restaurant with very very very good food. Really enjoyed nice decor, plus a nice fireplace and a lounge were at a high level.

Absolutely fantastic and excellent breakfasts with regional products, croissants, cheeses, the staff were all in all cool! The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room cozy & outstanding. The service was helpful, including an early check-in. Definitely, free Wi-Fi in the rooms was really handy.

The staff was supportive, providing a helpful service. I greatly enjoyed the room - convenient and brilliant. Excellent breakfast, the food was fresh.

A good spa escape awaits

Waking up to fresh pastries and amazing Matterhorn views was magical. The spa experience after skiing was rejuvenating, elevating my stay.

I did notice that the communal areas felt a bit disconnected, as solo travelers didn't mingle as much, slightly disappointing.

We enjoyed our stay! The vibrant design makes you feel at home. The staff was friendly. Don't miss the local restaurant nearby. It served the best Swiss fondue we've ever tasted. Pro tip, pack light for an easier walk from the station.

The view from our room was amazing! Waking up to the Matterhorn was a dream come true. The hotel design is modern, and it was a joy to share this experience with my mother. The breakfast spread was good too.

In my wife's opinion, better evening staff presence would help families feel more comfortable and supported.

My stay was enjoyable as the hotel's cozy atmosphere and proximity to excellent dining options made it easy to unwind after a day of exploring, not to mention the fantastic views of the Matterhorn available just a short walk away.

The view of the Matterhorn from my room was fine 😍 The design of the hotel was modern and cozy, but breakfast could use more variety.

The room had a balcony with a fine Matterhorn view. The kitchen was equipped with an electric kettle, teapots, and a fridge. The shared areas had board games, and the spa featured a steam room and sauna. Breakfast had various cheeses, meats, and fresh fruits, really tasty.

Great place for solo travelers

The staff was nice and helpful! I could leave my stuff in the baggage room before my trip and that was really convenient!

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but considering everything, it was still acceptable.

Had an amazing group trip with friends! We skied at nearby slopes and enjoyed local restaurants. Breakfast featured delicious local products, and the spa was an intriguing perk. Highly recommend for a cozy stay with great atmosphere!
